Resetting Excellence: A Special Message From The MD
2020 has been a rollercoaster. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unimaginable disruptions both in business and personal lives. At Squarefoot Real Estate, we scaled back on our operations in line with health safety measures outlined by the government and the World Health Organization (WHO). However, as the situation deteriorated further, we had to temporarily suspend all operations including the construction of our flagship project, 108 Sapphire, a 40, two-bedroom apartment development in South B, Nairobi, off Mombasa road. It was a difficult decision for us, our partners and early investors.
In the ensuing prolonged business disruption period, we took time to re-think, re-purpose and re-strategize. We reflected on our journey so far and what lies ahead. At the heart of our self-reflection, was a strong sense of having a rejuvenated business that will not only survive the new normal but also deliver more value to our clients and partners.
With relaxation of lockdown restrictions after seven months, we put our plans in motion to resume business operations. Our resumption on 1st October 2020 was marked with a new look to match our renewed sense of determination for continued excellence and adaptation. Among the shiny new changes in our business includes expansion of our real estate agency services that will now cover a wider selection of best property listings located in Kenya’s hottest real estate spots. We have also augmented our team with an exceptional real estate associate who will go above and beyond to serve you with distinction.
While a dark cloud of uncertainty still hangs over our heads, we are excited and optimistic about the future. Plans are at final stages in resuming construction of our flagship project, 108 Sapphire, which is currently on the 7th floor with only six storeys to tower the skylines of Nairobi City. We want to assure our clients and partners that we have made adequate arrangements to make up for the lost time in project delivery. Still standing tall and going strong, we look forward to working with you in this new normal as we meet all your real estate needs. Reach out to us for any enquiries.
